These terms govern your use of PerpWick ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
PerpWick provides TradingView indicators, trading calculators, a trading journal, strategy organisation tools, analytics and educational content. We do not provide brokerage, execution, custody, investment advice or trading signals.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Pro indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you provide and is removed when your subscription ends.
Do not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer invite-only indicators, share accounts, scrape the service or attempt to access other users' data.
All tools and content are for informational and educational purposes. Outputs are estimates based on your inputs and historical data. We make no guarantee of any trading outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes.
